Refund policy
Mitchell Weston Nutrition does not issue any refunds or exchanges for items bought via a third-party retailer. If you have made a purchase through a third-party retailer and that item is damaged or incorrect you are required to contact the respective company the order was made through for their third-party return policies.
Refunds, exchanges or replacements are only issued if purchased from mwnutrition.co.nz and the product is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item was sent, in which case, Mitchell Weston Nutrition will issue a replacement, refund or exchange for orders placed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds, exchanges or replacements do not apply to change of mind or dispute of efficacy.
Refunds and returns are available for New Zealand customers only. International customers please select your products carefully.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at sarah@mwnutrition.co.nz from the email address associated with your order. Include details of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
If we require the product/s to be returned to us, we will communicate this to you and arrange collection. Please take reasonable care of the product/s whilst in your possession prior to any return. We will inspect the returned product/s on arrival.

Refunds
No refunds are issued unless the product is faulty or the incorrect item was sent, in which case, a replacement, refund or exchange will be issued for orders placed within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or dispute of efficacy. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
