Meet Dr. Sarah Mitchell Weston
PhD, Registered Nutritionist & Founder
Sarah brings an elite level of scientific authority to the wellness space. She holds postgraduate degrees in both Sports Science and Human Nutrition, including a PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Auckland. She is also a formally Registered Nutritionist with the Nutrition Society of New Zealand.

Sarah is a leading expert in gut health and the human microbiome. Her PhD thesis explored how dietary protein interacts with our gut microbes, and how that response influences critical health outcomes—including metabolic function and cardiovascular disease.
